What is it about CrossFit that just hooks people? What got you hooked? Did you come to your first class and think "hey this is so awful, I must come back for more"? Were you impressed with the results that you got in a short amount of time? Did your health and attitude improve? Was it the community and the friends that you made? Or for me, as with many, a combination of it all. I'll say this much, there's something here for everyone, that keeps us all coming back for more.
