Life happens, we get busy. Especially during the holidays. And taking one day off, turns into three days off and then a week...if you've ever taken more than a week off of working out, that first day back is rough. Avoid that dreaded day, by having some active rest days when you are away. Go out and get your heart rate up. Being active is a lifestyle.
